Such a beautiful, emotional and uplifting track this. Rino Gaetano was an italian singer from the 70s. tragically he was killed in a car crash in 81 when he was just 30. Apparently the guy liked a toot and was under the influence when he crashed. The title means ‘But the sky is always bluer’ and the sax solo in the middle just gets me every time. Another one that brings back the memories – this was played after many late dinners by the italians i lived with/knew back in the day – so this one is going out to Silverstrini, tommy, pucco, dana and vince – bravo tutti! more and add your thoughts
